Christopher Eads, Attorney

Rosalia Fiorello joined the firm in 2023. Her practice focuses on insurance defense, workers’ compensation, and labor and employment law, with a particular focus on advising employers and conducting independent workplace investigations involving sensitive and complex employment matters. Her employment-law experience includes independent investigations across a wide range of employment settings and scenarios, including military bases, municipal government settings, and matters involving elected officials. She conducts employment training sessions as well as one-on-one employee training. Through this work, Rosalia has gained experience navigating workplace issues with public-sector employers, including employee relations, workplace conduct, and other sensitive personnel matters. Her broader litigation practice includes workers’ compensation, with an emphasis on catastrophic claims. She has argued matters before the Tennessee Supreme Court, providing her with a well-rounded perspective on employment-related disputes and workplace issues that often intersect with litigation.

She attended the Appalachian School of Law, where she served as a Student Bar Senator and Editor of the Appalachian Journal of Law. She received the top grades in her Appellate Advocacy and Pre-Trial Practice classes. She was awarded the Willard J. Owen Award for completing more than 200 hours of community service during law school. Rosalia graduated cum laude in 2015 and was admitted to the Tennessee Bar that same year.  She has also obtained her 500-hour yoga certification, specializing in trauma-informed yoga. This experience informs her approach to working collaboratively with clients and navigating matters that require discretion and thoughtful communication.

Rosalia was recognized in the 2022, 2023, and 2026 editions of The Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch in the fields of Insurance Law, Workers’ Compensation Law/Employers, and Employment. She is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association.
